Since 2021, Piesans Pizza has been serving the Long Island area delicious, wood fired pizza direct from our mobile wood fired oven.

Our Story
Piesans Pizza is your mobile pizza catering company and food truck, cooking all of your favorite pizzas in our imported wood fired oven with a hip new spin on traditional cuisine.
Using fresh and local ingredients, we make real pizza for real people. Whether you are interested in traditional margherita or pesto mortadella, among many others we’ve got you covered. For your next event, choose Piesans Pizza and enjoy a pizza experience like you never have before!
What to Expect
We will arrive approximately 2 Hours prior to the start of your event to set up and get the oven hot. All pizzas are made on site in our imported wood fired oven. We serve everything Buffet style which allows all of your guests to try all of the pizza you have selected for your event and helps maintain smooth flow for everyone to enjoy.
Payment Details
A 25% non refundable deposit is required to reserve the date of your event. Full payment is due prior to the start of the event.
Set Up
We do require enough space to safely park the oven as well as a pickup truck. The oven can be set up any place that you can park a car. Driveways or Parking lots are preferred but we will consult with you before your event to find the best place to set up.
Booking
Please book your event at least 30 days in advance although it never hurts to call and find out if we have your date and time available. Dates fill up very fast months in advance so make sure your secure your date with enough time to spare.
